As the surviving spouse and/or the executor, could you answer the following questions?

  • Who is our estate attorney?
  • What life insurance do we have?
  • How and when should I access our IRA?
  • How would I find information about our benefits?
  • Do I know our username(s) and password(s)?
  • How do I take care of things if I become incapacitated?
  • To whom do we owe money?
  • Where do we keep our tax records?
  • Where are the kids’ shot records?
  • Do we have a personal contingency plan?
